To make our eBooks available without delay, we currently accept payments through secure PayPal payment links, with order confirmation handled via WhatsApp Business. Or else you can buy it on Gumroad here

A fully integrated payment gateway is currently in progress and will be added soon to make the checkout experience even smoother. Until then, PayPal payment links combined with WhatsApp Business allow us to provide secure payments and direct customer support.

Instead of rushing a payment gateway setup, we chose PayPal payment links to ensure:

All payments are handled by PayPal. Prime Books does not store or access your payment details.

How the Payment & Delivery Process Works

  1. Select the eBook you wish to purchase

  2. Complete payment using the secure PayPal payment link provided

  3. After payment, please click the next link ➡️ Form Request, which will then direct you to our official WhatsApp Business number or to our Email, as per your preference. After getting the form please submit the following details:

    • PayPal payment transaction ID 

    • Your name  

    • Email address

    • WhatsApp number (Optional) 

    • Purchased eBook titleO

    • nce payment is verified, your eBook PDF will be sent to you digitally

This process helps us ensure accurate delivery and personalized support.

Delivery of eBooks

  • All products are digital eBooks (PDF format)

  • No physical items are shipped

  • Delivery is completed after payment verification

  • Please ensure all submitted details are correct to avoid delays

If you experience any issues with delivery, we’re happy to assist.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • All sales are generally non-refundable once the eBook has been delivered

  • Refunds may be considered for:

    • Duplicate payments

    • Verified technical issues preventing access (Read our Refund Policy to know more info) 

  • Approved refunds are processed via PayPal only
